Returns and Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from received products, and all items must be returned unused with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
All returns remain the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will not be given before the returned products are received by us. We recommend using a signed-for-service post and that you retain receipt of postage.
The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will not be refunded.

How to make a return
If you'd like to initiate a return, please reach out to us by sending an email to team@wearefated.com with your order number in the subject line. Please include the following in your note:

- Name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for return

Upon receiving your request, we will provide the necessary details to complete your return.
